‘We’re Not Partisan’: Bp. Michael Burbidge on Virginia’s Catholics Vote No Initiative | EWTN PLW

Description: Voters in Virginia are set to consider ballot initiatives in November to expand abortion and change the definition of marriage. Ahead of the midterms, Bishop Michael Burbidge from the Diocese of Arlington and Bishop Barry Knestout from the Diocese of Richmond formed “Catholics Vote No,” a program aimed at explaining the ballot initiatives and why they go against Church teaching. Bishop Burbidge tells EWTN EPW about the feedback he has received so far, and what he would say to people who believe Catholics Vote No is political.
