It's Lunar New Year today, and it's now the Year of the Horse!
I usually travel to Hong Kong to celebrate the Lunar New Year, but I'm afraid of getting sick there during such a busy period, so this year I'm staying in Japan and visiting Hong Kong a bit later when the crowds won't be so bad...

But today is a home stream, and it's rainy and cold again in Tokyo

I decided I wanted to cook Chinese dishes for Lunar New Year, and I was thinking what types of food they have in China town in Yokohama
They have a lot of steamed meat buns (nikuman), so I thought it would be interesting to try make a nikuman that looks like a horse!
That will be the most challenging thing I do today

I'll also be making gyoza, as gyoza are a common dish eaten for Lunar New Year and I think they will be tasty, even if my nikuman fail
