Buttigieg on running for president in 2028
Description: Pete Buttigieg, the former Transportation secretary, told C-SPAN his focus is on the midterm elections when asked whether he planned to run for president in 2028.
"Right now, I'm totally focused on 2026. There will be plenty of time afterwards for what's afterwards," he said Saturday while campaigning for New Hampshire Democrats in Concord.
"Right now, we're 31 days from critically important midterm elections. That's where my emphasis is going to be." Close description
