After using it for several weeks, I’m breaking down everything you need to know, including installation, build quality, battery life, Matter support, Thread, Wi-Fi, and why UWB completely changes the experience compared to traditional Bluetooth auto-unlock systems.
I’ll also compare it directly against the Aqara U400, another UWB-enabled smart lock, to help you decide which one deserves a spot on your front door.

• Schlage Sense Pro installation
• Design & build quality
• Ultra Wideband (UWB) explained
• Apple Home Key performance
• Matter & Thread support
• Battery life

• Schlage Sense Pro vs Aqara U400
• Should you buy it?
What do you think?
Would you rather have the Schlage Sense Pro or the Aqara U400? Let me know in the comments!
