Easy Vegan Fried Rice using Companion Foods "Duck" Seitan

Description: Easy Vegan Fried Rice using Companion Foods "Duck" Seitan. This entire dish, including cooking the brown rice comes together in under 45 minutes, faster if you already have the rice cooked! We kept hearing good things about Companion Foods Mock Duck, which is a seitan product. So, we wanted to give a quick review of it to see if it's something we'd recommend to others. Well, rather than just tasting plain seitan "duck" we decided to use it in a recipe. Overall, great product, would highly recommend. The fact it's canned makes storage easy. It's got a great texture and flavor, and honestly, is about as close to duck as a vegan is likely to get!
