BIG! Iran Troops Land In PRO-PUTIN Nation; Major Anti-US Military Pact Brewing In Europe?

Description: Iran is expanding its military engagement with the Shanghai Cooperation Organization as the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Ground Force takes part in a joint anti-terrorist exercise in Belarus. An IRGC special forces team, representing Iran’s Armed Forces, has arrived in Belarus for the drills alongside forces from other SCO member states. Tehran has highlighted the exercise as another opportunity to exchange operational experience and strengthen security cooperation with the bloc. The drills also follow Iran’s participation in the SCO’s counter-terrorism activities, including last year’s exercise hosted by the IRGC Ground Force in East Azerbaijan. The latest deployment comes as Iran continues to broaden its military and strategic engagement with Russia, China and other regional partners.
