It's a sunny and bright day today, which is a change from recent rainy season days but today is an indoor stream
Yesterday I asked chat for any suggestions on what to cook, and Okinawan food was suggested

So I thought today I'd cook Okinawan food!
Some of it is very hard to cook at home, like slow cooked braised pork
So I chose 2 dishes I thought I could cook at home

I've made taco rice before, and it's always tasty, so I'll be making that today
But I'm also going to try making a new dessert I've never cooked before which looks very tasty!

So today will be a day of trying to cook a new dish and an old favorite
