Better Meetings
Description: Rogelberg is a Chancellor's Professor at UNC Charlotte. His finding on agendas is the one to know: in his research, having one made little to no difference to how people rated a meeting. One chapter of his book is titled "Agendas Are a Hollow Crutch."
He also has a name for what happens after a bad meeting: meeting recovery syndrome, the time people spend cooling off, usually by complaining to a colleague.
