Tokyo Live 💖👹 It's Setsubun Today! Driving Off Evil Spirits with Beans & Sushi! 🫘

Description: Today I'm streaming from home in Tokyo, Japan!!

It's the Japanese holiday of Setsubun today!
Today is the day where people dress as oni (demons) and people throw beans at them as a symbol to drive off evil spirits.
This festival has been celebrated for hundreds of years, and is traditionally celebrated at the start of Spring

There are many customs related to Setsubun including the eating of a giant maki roll while facing a specific direction
Today I'm going to make a big sushi roll then eat it!

Let's have a fun day together celebrating Setsubun while I throw beans at chat and eat sushi!

So please join me for a very fun and interesting day as I bring you...
A little piece of Japan every day!
