Video Summary :
Approach-1 (Greedily Pick mid element): The sum of absolute distances is minimized at the median, so sort, take nums[n/2] as the target, and add up every element's distance to it.

Approach-2 (Iterate till n/2): Same median target, but pair the smallest with the largest (each pair costs the same for any target between them), so we only loop over half the array and add both sides' distances at once.

Approach-3 (Use nth_element / QuickSelect): We only need the median value, not a fully sorted array, so quickselect places nums[n/2] correctly in average O(n) and the same pairing loop gives the answer.
