Tokyo Live 💖🇲🇽 Mexican Festival in Odaiba! Exploring Tokyo Before the Typhoon! 🌀
Description: Today we're back outdoors for another live adventure from Tokyo, Japan! 🇯🇵✨
And today's stream was originally not supposed to be outdoors!
A typhoon is approaching Tokyo, and originally it looked like it would arrive tonight and continue into tomorrow morning. We were also expecting heavy rain and storms throughout today, so I had planned to stay home and do an indoor stream. 🌀☔
But the typhoon has slowed down a lot!
It's now expected to arrive around Monday night, and instead of the heavy rainstorms we were expecting today, it looks like we'll mostly just have some light rain.
So... We're going outside! ☔🚶♀️
I took yesterday off after spending two days at Tokyo Game Show on Thursday and Friday, so today I'm really looking forward to getting back to one of our normal Tokyo exploration streams!
We'll start today's adventure around Tokyo Station and make our way towards the Tokyo Imperial Palace Outer Gardens. 🌳🇯🇵
We'll explore the beautiful area around the palace before heading towards Nijubashi Bridge, one of the most recognizable views around the Imperial Palace.
From there, we'll continue through central Tokyo towards Hibiya before eventually making our way back to Odaiba! 🌊
But this time we're not going to check on the Gundam...
We're going for a MEXICAN FESTIVAL! 🇲🇽🌮✨
We'll explore the festival in Odaiba, check out the different stalls, enjoy the atmosphere and, of course, see what delicious Mexican food we can find!
After two very busy days at Tokyo Game Show, today should be a nice return to our usual style of Tokyo adventure with city walks, famous sights, festival atmosphere and plenty of food along the way.
Hopefully the weather continues to cooperate and the typhoon stays away long enough for us to enjoy our Sunday outside! 🌀☔
