とある惑星に住む人間たち。彼らの平穏な日常は、突如現れた吸盤によって不条理にも破壊されてしまう。そして迫り来る謎の宇宙船（ちくわ）。ここから新たな文明・オクトポリスが始まるのだ。

Synopsis:
Human-like creatures inhabit this planet. Their peaceful lives are senselessly destroyed by octopus suckers that appear out of the blue. Then comes a mysterious spaceship shaped like a chikuwa (fishcake tube). A new civilization - OCTOPOLIS - is about to emerge.
