We Sold our Catch to the Chinese Market

Description: For the last 2 years we've been selling our dayboat line-caught fish from our Commercial Fishing operation, directly to restaurants and retail customers at farmers markets & farm stands. However what most people don't know is that SO many of our customers are asian. Since we don't have a fish processing facility and we're not legally allowed to filet fish, we typically sell our fish whole (unless we go through a processor). And since asians LOVE whole fish, it's a match made in heaven. We decided to take our dayboat haddock and sell them to Mei Ya Asian Market in Acton, MA, where Cece runs a humble Chinese store operation. And her customers love our fish!
