Tokyo Live 💖🍓 Cooking Something Strange with Strawberries! Also Strawberry Daifuku (Mochi)! 👩🏻‍🍳

Description: Today I'm streaming from home in Tokyo, Japan!!

I was trying to think of what I could cook for stream today, and realised that strawberries have finally started to come down in price in Japan
I thought cooking with seasonal foods would be fun and I'm really enjoying strawberries this past week

So I decided I would make starwberry daifuku from scratch
So today I'll be making the mochi from scratch and then filling with anko (red bean paste) and a tasty strawberry...
So dessert is decided!

But what should I make for a main dish?
I've never heard of savory foods that use strawberries, so I went searching for recipes
Many of them use cheese and strawberries, but it's very difficult to find feta in Japan, and many recipes are just a salad with strawberries and feta
But then I found something that uses strawberries... And it's chicken!

So today I'll be making a weird recipe I found online, that might be incredibly bad, or really tasty!
