Comment GIFT and I’ll send you my free guide to a regulated home
Description: Comment GIFT and I’ll send you my free guide to a regulated home.
Most homes run on two stressed nervous systems passing each other in the hallway. We try to fix it with date nights, better schedules, one more talk. The bracing comes home with us anyway.
Try this. Stand facing each other. Right hand on their heart, left hand on the crown of their head. Close your eyes. Breathe in through the nose together and imagine light moving from the crown down into the heart. Out through the nose. Stay until your breaths find each other. Then hug.
No tools. No program. Just two bodies remembering how to settle.
The kingdom of heaven is within you. Sometimes you find it together.
