Turning Two Cars Into One: Rancho Shell Structure Fabrication Begins

After months of measuring, cutting, and fabrication, we begin building the structural framework that will finally mount the Rancho body securely to its new platform.
This is one of the most important and irreversible stages of the entire build. The custom structure we fabricate here will determine the strength, alignment, and safety of the finished car.
We continue fabrication on the windscreen surround and begin extending the Subaru structure to properly support the Rancho shell. Every cut and weld brings this insane body swap closer to becoming a fully functional, one-of-a-kind car.
This project combines classic styling with modern performance, merging two completely different vehicles into one. There’s no turning back now.
