It's another cold day in Japan, and I'm happy I'm at home again cooking today!

I was originally supposed to make my favorite Hong Kong dessert on Tuesday, but I ran out of time...
This is my all time favorite dessert from my childhood too!

So today I'm going to make egg (custard) tarts!
The first time I tried to make these are home, they were a failure
My cooking on Tuesday also was a failure, so I'm realising that making Hong Kong food is difficult without practice!

I hope the egg tarts turn out better than my first attempt, and my cooking on Tuesday so I have something tasty to eat!

If there's time I might also cook another dish
