The Zombies Of America! (i have never seen anything like this..)

Description: I’m spending three days in Kensington, Philadelphia, to better understand the fentanyl and xylazine crisis that is destroying lives here every day. In this video, I try to show an honest picture of what’s happening on the streets, how people are living here, and how the American system is dealing with this issue. I speak with residents and people directly affected by the crisis to gain a deeper understanding of what is really going on.

I’m not creating this content to sensationalize suffering or exploit people’s pain, but to raise awareness and inform others about the reality of this situation.
