Story:
Sonic the Hedgehog's 35th Anniversary is supposed to be a celebration of everything the franchise has built over the years. Amy Rose, Miles Tails Prower, Knuckles the Echidna and all of Sonic’s other friends gather together for a special group photo before kicking off a huge dance party.
The problem?
Sonic absolutely hates the idea.
What starts as a simple anniversary celebration quickly turns into an argument when even more guests begin arriving, including Dr. Starline, Surge, Kit, and Clutch from the IDW comics. While everyone else believes they deserve a place in the celebration, Sonic sees things very differently. To him, this isn’t some generic franchise event, it’s his birthday and he believes he should have a say in how it’s celebrated. As the debate grows louder, old frustrations begin bubbling to the surface and the entire party slowly descends into chaos.
As tensions reach a boiling point, Sonic finally hits his breaking point. What was meant to be a celebration of the blue hedgehog’s legacy may end up becoming the very reason he walks away from it altogether.
And after all that drama... the Babylon Rogues finally arrive expecting the greatest party ever, only to discover it’s already been cancelled.
