''Take My Hand'' - Krishna Guthrie Band
Description: The Extended Play Sessions - April 4, 2026
The Krishna Guthrie Band perform the songs "Take My Hand" on The Extended Play Sessions. What happens when you combine the larger than life sound of Pink Floyd, with the soulful delivery of Tedeschi Trucks Band, the harmonized leads of the Allman Brothers and the progressive, genre bending writing of Umphrey’s Mcgee? You start to get a clearer picture of The Krishna Guthrie Band. Hailing from the rolling green hills of central Vermont Krishna and his band are on a mission to spread their music to the world. Guthrie’s original material will take you on a journey through his life. Along the way you’ll also hear some arrangements of The Guthrie family music and other songs that influenced his writing and help tell his story. Spanning over a multitude of genres, there is a little something for everyone at a Krishna Guthrie Band show. Krishna is the Grandson of Arlo Guthrie and the Great Grandson of the legendary Woody Guthrie...music is in his genes and he has staked his own place in the Guthrie tapestry.
