(Pt 3) EV STUMPS the Dealer?! ('24 Cadillac Lyriq EV: 12V Battery goes DEAD; Car is UNFIXABLE?)

Description: Unfortunately, the Software Update to the "Battery Energy Control Module" (BECM) was not the "Magic Bullet" to rectify the random GLITCH that drains the 12V battery overnight.

2 Days after the Software Update, the car decides to randomly turn OFF the 12V Battery Maintance Mode and starts draining the 12V Battery at almost 4 Amps while charging the HV Battery from the wall!

So what now? Is this Cadillac EV UNFIXABLE??

Customer picks up his Cadillac and then sends me an update a few weeks later....
