I turned Buc-ee's SMOKED BRISKET into an Asian brisket bowl!

Description: I visited a Buc-ee's recently and brought home 3 lbs of Bucc-ee's smoked brisket which is one of my favorite things! I like to incorporate their brisket into different dishes and preparations.

For this video I decided to make an Asian rice and bok choi Bucc-ee's brisket bowl (say that three times fast!) with a simple hoisin bbq sauce.
