The Walnut Pastry in Disguise!
For this creation, I wanted to recreate one of nature’s most recognizable textures and transform it into a pastry. From the detailed shell to the surprise hidden inside, every element was designed to make you question what is real and what is dessert.
To complete the illusion, I presented the walnuts inside a delicate crystal-clear bowl made entirely out of sugar. A fragile centerpiece for a pastry that looks straight from nature! Close description
