Former Magnolia mayor pleads guilty, dodge jail time

Description: The Former Magnolia City Secretary says the former Mayor's guilty plea is not enough after he dodges jail time.
A judge granted Matthew Dantzer 2 years deferred adjudication probation after pleading guilty to Assault of a Pregnant Woman and Official Oppression.
The former city Secretary, Christian Gable, alleges Dantzer sexually harassed her and grabbed her by the throat during a work conference in Fort Worth last year.
