The typhoon passed through last night with some very strong winds, and although the worst of it is gone, Tokyo is still having a very rainy and stormy day today. ⛈️🌧️

So it's the perfect day to stay home, keep dry, and get some exercise!

Today we're bringing back the exercise roulette!
Based on support from chat from tips, Bits, Super Chats, and more, I'll spin the wheel and let it decide what exercise I have to do next. 🎯😂

Running on the treadmil, playing with Mcohi, yoga, HIIT, strength exercises, and more... who knows what the wheel will choose!
