Tokyo Live 💖🤖 The Gundam is Being Dismantled! Exploring Odaiba & Edo Tokyo on a Sunny Day! ☀️
Description: Today we're back outdoors for another live adventure from Tokyo, Japan! 🇯🇵✨
And we finally have a sunny day! ☀️
It feels like it's been weeks since we've had a proper sunny day in Tokyo, so I'm really looking forward to being outside again without worrying about the rain.
The sunshine does mean it's going to get warmer though! Even though autumn has already started, temperatures are expected to reach around 30°C today. Hopefully it doesn't feel too hot out there!
But the weather should be beautiful for today's adventure, and we're heading back to Odaiba! 🌊✨
We'll start today's stream around Tokyo Station and make our way towards Shimbashi.
From there, we'll hop on the Yurikamome and ride across Tokyo Bay towards Odaiba! 🚝🌊
And there's one particular thing I REALLY want to see today...
The Odaiba Gundam is being dismantled! 🤖
I heard that they've already removed its head, so of course I have to go and see what a headless Gundam looks like for myself!
We visited the Gundam on its final day recently, so it'll be really interesting and probably a little strange to return and see how much of it has already disappeared.
After checking on the Gundam, we'll spend some time exploring Odaiba and enjoying the waterfront. With today's sunny weather, we should hopefully get some beautiful views of Tokyo Bay! ☀️🌊
Then we'll head back across the water towards Senkyaku Banrai! 🏮
We'll explore its traditional Edo-inspired streets and buildings, look around the shops, and find something good to eat for lunch! 🍱
So come spend this sunny autumn day with me as we travel from Tokyo Station to Odaiba, investigate the HEADLESS Gundam, explore Tokyo Bay, and finish with some food and old-Japan atmosphere at Senkyaku Banrai!
