(Pt 1) Ford Crazy RATTLE...4x4 MALFUNCTION? ('18 F150 EcoBoost)

Description: Owner of this 2018 Ford F150 EcoBoost has been dealing with an Intermittent ANNOYING loud RATTLE/GRINDING noise coming from the front axle of the truck.
He says if you put it in 4x4, the noise goes away.

He has already replaced one Vacuum Hub (IWE), the Vacuum Control Solenoid, and a Vacuum Check Valve for the Front Axle Disconnect System. No change!

Let's take the Turbo Truck for a spin and see if we can reproduce this "RATTLE".
The truck is actually making several Noises...which one is the customer talking about?
