Google Fitbit Air – 30 Days Later: An Honest Review

Description: I wore and tested the Fitbit Air every single day for a month through airports, a week-long tennis camp in Bali, and tropical heat to find out if this $99 wearable is actually worth it, or just a stripped-down gimmick. In this honest 30 day later review, I test it in real life, I break down its design, how its heart rate accuracy holds up against WHOOP 5.0 during real workouts, why its sleep tracking genuinely impressed me, and whether ditching a $199/year subscription is the smartest health tech decision you'll make this year. If you're choosing between Fitbit Air, Oura, WHOOP, and Garmin, watch this before you buy.
