Planning for the future, Preparing for the unexpected | Daniel Z'berg | TEDxWuxi NKCS Youth

Description: From managing million-dollar projects, to working as a professional trumpet player in Southeast Asia, and now teaching music in our middle school, Mr. Danny Z'berg's career has been an amazing, unscripted journey. Throughout all these career changes, he always moved forward with confidence. He believes that handling daily surprises requires inner strength rather than rigid plans.True confidence doesn't come from a perfect schedule, but from being ready to adapt when things change. Danny Z'berg is a middle school music teacher whose career path defied every plan he made. Before stepping into the classroom, he was a professional trumpeter performing across South East Asia. And before that, he spent years managing multi-million dollar contracts as a Quality Director and Project Manager. His TEDx talk, "Planning for the Future, Preparing for the Unexpected," explores the crucial difference between making plans and becoming prepared - a lesson he learned through corporate life, a music career, and an unplanned journey into education. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx Close description
