Why Everyone is Afraid of the World Border

Description: In this server, everyone can control the World Border size with their XP levels. The total XP levels of all players determine the World Border size, so whether someone loses or gains levels will directly affect how big or small the world is.

In this video, I aim to try to beat Minecraft with this limitation. But can it be done with the border solely relying on everyone's XP levels?
