‘It Is Clearly TWO-TIER POLICING!’ | Guest Blasts Police Response To October 7 Protests
Description: “It is clearly two-tier policing.”
Campaign Against Antisemitism’s Stephen Silverman joins Kevin O’Sullivan to condemn the policing of pro-Palestinian demonstrations held on the October 7 anniversary.
Silverman accuses police of allowing protesters greater latitude than other groups, arguing that inconsistent enforcement is “undermining the rule of law”.
He also challenges politicians’ messages of solidarity with Jewish communities, accusing them of offering “warm words” while taking actions he believes make the problem worse.
“Just one day, one day when Jews are allowed to mourn what happened to them, it’s not given to us.”
