It's Workout Wednesday again! 🎯💪

It's another very hot summer day outside in Tokyo... 🥵☀️
So I'm very happy that today's stream is indoors, where we can enjoy the air conditioning while still working up a sweat!

Today I'll be using the exercise wheel again!
Based on support from chat, I'll spin the wheel, and whatever exercise it lands on, I have to do!

Running on the treadmill, HIIT, yoga, Pilates, strength exercises, and more—there's no knowing what the wheel will choose next!

The more the wheel spins, the more exhausting today's workout could become...
