After several cold and rainy days in Tokyo, today is beautiful and sunny!
And just in time for the weekend

Today is the first weekend day of Golden Week in Japan
And while many people have gone home to visit their families, many people remain in Tokyo and are enjoying the holidays

There are festivals and events happening all over Tokyo and surrounding areas for the Golden Week holiday, and I'm sure I'm going to run into random festivals and events that I don't even know about

So today I'm going to start in Ikebukero!
I want to try explore some new areas, so I'm going to head towards a temple I don't usually visit
Afterwards I'll also look at a catholic cathedral near by before heading to Mejiro to look around!

Afterwards I'll make my way towards Harajuku, where there are some festivals and events happening at Meji Shrine and there's also a Cambodian festival happening in Yoyogi!

Today will be a fun day of exploring new areas and finding new things!
