Secret underwater projectile

Description: Projectiles are bad underwater in Minecraft. Most players know that when you shoot a bow underwater, the arrow does not travel very far. This is because water slows down basically all projectiles. This does not just affect the distance of the arrow though, it also affects the damage. The damage an arrow deals is based on how fast it is going, which means they are kind of useless underwater. This is a problem in ocean monuments, since you can't hit guardians with a sword due to their spikes which hurt you. But luckily, you can just use a trident, which doesn't slow down underwater.
