After yesterday's surprisingly warm and sunny weather, the rain is back again today! ☔

Yesterday almost felt like summer again, but today we're staying indoors and that makes it the perfect day for some cozy autumn cooking. 🍂🏠

So today's theme is...
A little taste of autumn! 🌰🍠

We're making two dishes inspired by some of my favorite flavors of the season, and both of them are going to be a little bit of an experiment!

First, I'm making sweet potato soup! 🍠🥣

I've actually never made sweet potato soup before, so I'm really curious to see how it turns out. Hopefully we can make something creamy, comforting and perfect for a rainy autumn day
Sweet potato is one of my favorite vegetables to eat, especially in autumn and winter

I'll also make Mont Blanc, which is a classic chestnut dessert that's especially popular during autumn in Japan, and I've tried making it before...

It did not go very well 🥲

So today we're trying again!

Hopefully I've learned from my last attempt and we can finally make a beautiful and delicious Mont Blanc!

If everything goes according to plan, we'll finish today's stream with two tasty autumn foods: a warm sweet potato soup and a chestnut Mont Blanc for dessert. 🍠🌰
