‘A Celebration Of A Terrorist Attack!’ | Pro-Palestine March Condemned On October 7 Anniversary
Description: “Why else are they doing this on the 7th of October?”
Chloe Dobbs joins Ian Collins to condemn a pro-Palestinian demonstration held on the anniversary of the October 7 attacks, accusing organisers of choosing a deeply provocative date.
Reporting from central London, The Times journalist Ollie Cole describes a “very, very messy demonstration”, with arrests, disputes over face coverings and shouting between protesters and counter-demonstrators.
Dobbs argues that protesters have ample opportunity to make their voices heard on other days, and calls for tighter restrictions on the frequency of marches.
