'Super Troopers’ Cast Breaks Down the Film’s Most Iconic Scenes
Description: Twenty-five years after the release of the original film, the cast and creators of ‘Super Troopers’ are back together to relive their most iconic scenes. Jay Chandrasekhar (Thorny), Kevin Heffernan (Farva), Steve Lemme (Mac), Paul Soter (Foster), and Erik Stolhanske (Rabbit) trace the journey from forming their sketch group Broken Lizard at Colgate University to making the cult comedy classic and reveal what fans can expect from the upcoming ‘Super Troopers 3.’
The group looks back on the real stories and on-set mishaps behind some of the movie's most quotable lines, from "He can’t pull over any further" and "You boys like Mexico?" to the hilarious, real-world origins of the "liter of cola" gag and the legendary "meow" traffic stop. They also reflect on working with Brian Cox, explain how improvised moments became comedy classics, and reveal which of the film’s most memorable scenes almost didn’t make the final cut.
Packed with behind-the-scenes stories, hilarious on-set memories, and the surprising inspiration behind jokes fans still quote 25 years later, it's the ultimate look back at how ‘Super Troopers’ became one of the most beloved cult comedies of its generation and why Broken Lizard still hasn't run out of shenanigans.
‘Super Troopers 3’ is now playing in theaters.
