Apple's new smartphones are already encountering unexpected technical difficulties.
Description: Users are experiencing visual screen glitches when moving widgets between home screen pages, adding to a growing list of early iOS 27 bugs.
Early adopters are also reporting severe system instability, including sudden unresponsiveness and random device reboots. These major system crashes are frequently triggered by failed Face ID authentication attempts while users try to access protected applications.
Despite early concerns regarding potentially faulty hardware, technology analysts report that these problems stem from software instability. Apple has acknowledged the freezing problems and confirmed that a software update is currently in development to resolve the system reboots and stabilize the operating system.
