Is College Still Worth It? | Arthur Gannaban | TEDxIS Bangkok Youth

Description: In his speech, Arthur Gannaban asks whether college is still worth it in a world where technology is changing careers and knowledge is more accessible than ever. As artificial intelligence transforms the workplace and traditional career paths continue to evolve, he examines what higher education actually provides and whether a degree remains the most valuable path toward a successful future. The talk challenges us to think beyond the question of whether people should attend college and instead consider what experiences, skills, and opportunities young people actually need to prepare for the world ahead. Arthur Gannaban is the Founder of A Team Academy and an entrepreneur and educator with experience in speech coaching, business, and education. He is a five-time national speech champion and a TEDx speaker who has coached students preparing to take the TEDx stage. Through his work with young people, he has developed a particular interest in education, communication, and the changing skills people need for the future. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx Close description
