Trump Floats Renaming Pacific Ocean as ‘Trump Ocean’ | #N18G

Description: US President Donald Trump has floated the idea of renaming either the Atlantic or Pacific Ocean as the “Trump Ocean” or the “Ocean of the Americas”. Speaking about his naming ideas, Trump said the United States already has a gulf and a lake but should also have an ocean and a great river. He ruled out renaming the Hudson River, acknowledging explorer Henry Hudson, and suggested that a new ocean name could be considered before he leaves office.
