My 4 exercises that build a complete upper body
Description: My 4 exercises that build a complete upper body
In the next 50 seconds you'll see my full upper body workout. 👇
I spent the last few months focused on mobility. Now I'm back on the bars and I forgot how much I missed this.
Wide grip pull-ups — the back opens up, shoulders pull themselves back.
Close grip pull-ups — biceps take over, lower back kicks in.
Dips — you press down, triceps and shoulders finish the job.
Handstand push-ups — you flip upside down, shoulders carry everything. I'm just getting back into these and they're still tough for me.
Two ways to pull. Two ways to push. That's all you need.
Wide grip gives you width. Close grip gives you thickness. Dips balance the press. And handstand push-ups add the vertical — the one thing most programs never include.
If you want an upper body that actually works — start here.
Quotes of the day:
“If your mind is always elsewhere, you’re not really experiencing anything. Nothing is ever real.”
Save this for your next session. 📌 Which of the four is hardest for you? ⬇️ Close description
