The popular student council rom-com, originally serialized in Weekly Shonen magazine, finally comes to the silver screen as a TV anime! Even the Student Council Has Its Holes, created by Muchimaro, won first place in the comic books section of the Cartoon Grand Prize 2023, sold more than 1.6 million copies, and has become a hot hit!

First-year Ume Mizunoe at Fujinasu Academy has top grades in Japanese language class, but terrible grades in the sciences, so much so it's affecting his ability to move up a grade. To improve his academic standing, he becomes a member of the student council, where he meets a charismatic but sullen president, a scary yet kind and refined treasurer, a cheeky cute boy, and a small, abandoned cat-like admin. The student council is full of quirky characters and their chaotic, everyday life awaits them!

The staff working on Even the Student Council Has Its Holes include director Naoyuki Tatsuwa (Omuro-ke dear sisters / dear friends), Ryo Imamura for character design (Onimai: I'm Now Your Sister!), and Masahiro Yokotani for series composition and screenplay (Too Many Losing Heroines!).

The cutest student council you'll ever meet is right here!
