(Pt 1) This Subaru Almost STUMPED ME!! ('13 Crosstrek: Intermittent STALL, No-Start)

Description: A local shop called me in to diagnose a POSSESSED Subaru.

They swapped in a replacement used engine 2 months ago, and it ran fine until recently.

The customer said now it's intermittently LOSING POWER, Bucking, sometimes STALLING, and NOT STARTING! But some days it drives great like there were never any issues.
NO CODES STORED!!

Let's start from scratch and gather some data.
Shop owner said they couldn't even get it started yesterday...but today it runs PERFECTLY??
