Dylan Sprouse Says He and Cole Sprouse Are “Children of Incest” | E! News

Description: The Suite Life of Zack & Cody alum Dylan Sprouse—who recently welcomed a baby girl with wife Barbara Palvin—said he researched his family lineage and found out that he and twin brother Cole Sprouse might have incest in their family. “They diverged,” Dylan explained of his dad Matthew Sprouse and mom Melanie Wright’s sides of their family on the Oct. 20 episode of their Wildmen podcast. “Then, they married again with my mom and my dad—like, last generation.” Indeed, Dylan explained that he initially became suspicious of his family lineage considering how many sets of identical twins—which scientists have not necessarily confirmed is hereditary, though there are theories the gene is passed down on the maternal side—are in his family. “The only reason I started to get suspicious is when I talked to my dad’s side of the family, I found out that his uncles were identical twins,” Dylan explained to his cohost Brendan Columbus. “Now, I had only ever thought that identical twins or twins in general had come from my mom’s side of the family—which we have seven sets of twins in four generations—which is crazy.” Leaping to what he thought was the only logical conclusion, Dylan noted, “The reason we have a lot of twins is because it’s the same family.” Full Story: https://www.eonline.com/news/1437210/dylan-sprouse-reveals-his-barbara-palvins-baby-girls-recent-milestones
