Denver Broncos Week 1 Breakdown: Bo Nix, Play-Calling & Biggest Week 2 Fixes

Description: Brad Evans and Pat Boyle are joined by Shawn Drotar, host and VP of Digital Media for Mile High Sports in Denver, to break down the Broncos’ disappointing loss to the Chiefs. The guys discuss their panic level after Kansas City handled Denver with ease, debate whether the Broncos’ defense deserves blame for the Chiefs’ big rushing performance or whether Kansas City simply deserves credit, and examine how long of a leash Davis Webb should have as the team’s play-caller. They also break down Bo Nix’s struggles with turnovers and an offense that couldn’t consistently move the ball, debate whether Nix should be asked to stay in the pocket more, identify the players who need to step up besides Nix in Week 2, and reveal the most important defensive adjustment Denver must make against the Jaguars.
