You're fighting phantoms wrong

Description: You can defeat phantoms really easily in Minecraft. Most people know that phantoms are one of the most annoying mobs to fight in the game. They spawn at night when you haven't slept for a while, and while you can stop them from spawning by standing under a block, this doesn't help you if the phantom has already spawned. But phantoms are unique, since unlike other mobs, they don't just move towards the player to attack. They instead swoop down to attack and then fly back up after. This means if you dig two blocks down in the ground, the phantoms won't be able to reach you, allowing you to easily defeat them.
