I got gifted some very rare rice in Japan recently, which is Italian risotto rice
I also found some Italian cheese which is rare and expensive in Japan, but I found a good deal in Kaldi!
And I really love risotto, so I'm excited to try cook it myself today for the first time!
I'm going to make a mushroom and cheese risotto!!
I really hope it comes out good and I'm excited to eat it

I thought what would go nicely with a risotto, and wanted to make an Italian dessert to go with it
I have a strawberry reduction in the fridge, so I thought it would be nice to use that and make a panacotta

So today's cooking will be Italian food!

I also have some presents to open as well, which I'll do today
