Mafia don Jagraj seeks to create unrest across India and gain control over Kashmir. He assigns his trusted associate Goga to fuel tensions between different communities, leading to widespread disturbances. Raghu is involved in these activities, but his life changes tragically when he loses his child. Former freedom fighter Haji Sahib appeals to people from all communities to maintain peace and harmony, and his efforts eventually help restore calm. Heartbroken, Raghu approaches Haji and reveals that the unrest was deliberately planned. He also claims that Haji’s close associate Mahadev is connected to Jagraj. Although Haji initially doubts Raghu’s allegations, Raghu gives him a confidential file containing important information. Haji then confronts Mahadev and attempts to uncover the truth.
