iPhone 18 Pro - Unboxing, iOS 27 Setup & Accessories!

Description: Here's the iPhone 18 Pro in Black on launch day! Not an Apple review unit.
Full unboxing, iOS27 setup and my first impressions after a few hours with it. The new matte black finish is properly dark this year, Apple's TechWoven case is impressive and Apple's new $45 wrist strap is interesting. Here's what's in the box, and the three changes I think matter this year: the variable aperture camera, the A20 Pro chip, and the redesigned cooling system.

Full day-in-the-life review coming in a few days!
