It's another rainy day in Tokyo today! ☔

But I'm actually pretty happy about it—the rain has brought some lovely cool weather with it, and hopefully it'll help cool everything down before we head back outside for streams from tomorrow! 🌧️✨

So while it's cool and rainy outside, today seems like the perfect day to stay home and cook something warm and comforting...

And for the first time ever, I'm making Ukrainian food! 🇺🇦🍴

First, we're making one of Ukraine's most famous dishes: borscht! 🥣

I've never made borscht before, so I'm excited to try making this colorful beetroot soup from scratch and see how it turns out!

And of course, we need something sweet too! 🍰

For dessert, I'll be trying a Ukrainian dessert recipe that I've also never made before. It looks delicious, but since this whole cuisine is new to me, we'll be discovering it together!

I always love trying foods from different countries on stream, especially when I'm making something completely new for the first time. There will probably be some mistakes along the way, but that's part of the fun!
